With two Michelin stars to his name, Chef Luca Piscazzi brings Greek coastal flavours to Four Seasons Yachts. Born in Rome and classically trained, his career spans iconic Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and Asia, including Pelagos at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens, where he was awarded its first Michelin star within six months, in addition to El Celler de Can Roca and La Dame de Pic London, where he earned two Michelin stars. His cuisine celebrates seasonal ingredients from land and sea, marrying innovation and tradition to create dishes inspired by the Mediterranean’s vibrant spirit.
